Intallation
===========
* Create a new directory on your hard disk
  --> c:\balabala
* Unzip balabala.zip into directory
  --> unzip balabala.zip c:\balabala
* Running balabala.exe by double clicking with mouse from
  file manager or explorer

5. timezone.btz		--> time zone converter
6. de_city.bff		--> example of fee file (Germany - City)
7. de_reg50.bff		--> example of fee file (Germany - Region 50)
8. de_reg20.bff		--> example of fee file (Germany - Region 200)
9. de_fern.bff		--> example of fee file (Germany - Fern)
10. readme_e.txt	--> this file
11. readme_i.txt	--> readme in Indonesian
12. bugs.txt		--> known bugs/problem
13. updates.txt		--> revision history

Following files will be created automatically after balabala properly closed:
1. balabala.ini		--> ini file
2. balabala.bfd		--> fee database

All files should be in the same directory with program files.
Please do not move any files in another directory.

Description of the program
==========================
Balabala is a tools to monitore many system function of windows
operating system like windows resources, free available memory, free disk space,
and many other function in realtime.

The modules in detail:

1. Popup menu: activated by clicking the menu button on program or by clicking
   with the right mouse button everywhere in desktop.
   1. Task
      1. Switch Task : switching beetwen tasks or launching task manager.
      2. New Task : Create a new instance from task.
      3. Kill Task : Kill a task.
      4. Restore : restore position and size of task.
      5. Minimize: Minimize task
      6. Maximize: Maximize Task
      7. Always on top: Make a task always visible.
      8. Not on top: Restore the top most state of task.

   2. Quick start
      1. Execute: execute program
      2. Manager.

   3. Dashboard
      1. Cycle pages : cycle pages on program.

   4. Extended Focus Changing
      If checked, program under the mouse will be activated.
   5. Magic Mouse
   6. Always on top
   7. Restore
   8. Minimize
   9. Options
   10. Info
   11. Help (not implemented yet)
   12. Exit
       1. Exit windows
       2. Restart windows
       3. Reboot system
       4. Exit program

   Navigator

   1. Menu: Launching main menu
   2. T   : Toggle to always on top state/not
   3. C   : Cycle pages on dashboard

   3. Calendar : Shows current day, month and the day of week in form of LEDs bar.
   4. Resource monitor : S=System resource, G=GDI Resource, U=User Resource

   7. Modem : Simulate modem leds
   8. Keyboard : Simulate keyboard leds (Num Lock, Caps Lock, Scroll Lock)
